- Apple peels and cores from a minimum of 2 Apples
- 1 tbs Honey
- 1 tbs Lemon juice
- ½ tbs cinnamon or 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
- Place apple peels in a sauce pan. If you want, cover with lemon juice and cinnamon.
- Boil for 10-15 minutes until water turns foggy (pinkish color).
- Strain out apples and add honey or cinnamon for taste.
