What is composting?
It is a process of promoting growth of macro organisms in your food waste by providing a higher temperature and good ventilation.
What to Compost or What Not to Compost
The EPA suggests a large list of what to compost and the method to getting a yield is to have a balance of “greens and browns”. The green ingredients are anything that was grown from the soil like grass trimmings, vegetables, fruits and coffee grounds and brown is basically materials that are indirectly made from grown products like paper shreddings, cardboard, egg cartons and sawdust.
