Ingredients
- Beet tops
- Radish tops
- Turnip tops
- Salt and pepper
- Lemon juice
- Butter
Steps
- Wash the tops thoroughly, chop finely and put them in a bowl.
- Add the salt pepper and a dash of lemon juice.
- Saute the tops in butter on a non stick pan.
Note: You can add garlic, olive oil, and pine nuts to the tops, then puree the combination. This will give you an earthy, delicious pesto for pasta or meats.
